Experience with Varicent Workflow and Webform component Proficient in writing SQL queries. Varicent certification and knowledge of Python is a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude. Good team player with strong analytical/technical skills. Ability to work independently and to carry out the tasks to completion quickly while maintaining quality. Experience with Agile methodology Experience ITIL process
