Job Title:Industrial Engineering Role Job Specific Comments: Should have positive attitude of setting right every single operational process. Design of PFC/PFMEA/HEP with complete interlinkage as per AIAG 4th Edition or later. Fixtures, gauges, assembly pallets, special purpose tools RFQ preparation and getting manufactured from suppliers. Auto CAD Layout preparation and optimization. Head count forecasting, budgeting, calculations, analysis and optimization. DC tools torques, spatial arms selections for each application as per DFA. Knowledge of Atlas Copco DC tools, programming, PLC programming is added advantage. MOST study analysis, line balancing and optimization. Feasibility study for POKA-YOKE for all CC/SC and its implementation. Assembly pallets robust design and knowledge for execution. Customer audits. (MMA/VDA/IATF/2DP etc.). EOL testers RFQ preparation with minute detailing. PCN/ECN, team feasibility, risk analysis for internal and customers changes. PFEP and packaging design for inbound stores, packaging concepts and execution. FG trolley concept designing as per customer requirement and multiplication. CAPEX budgeting, forecasting, tracing, and execution as per the budget. Implementing layout optimization, lean concepts, 5S, Kaizens & TPM to eliminate wastes in the process. Education: BE- Mechanical Experience: 8 - 10 Years of Experience in Manufacturing Industry Good oral and communication
