UX/UI Designer - UX/UI - India

As a Creative Lead in this role, your main responsibility will be to oversee, review, and create design deliverables for assigned projects. This includes but is not limited to comps, style guides, branding and creative briefs, graphics, and layouts. Your input will be crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction survey scores average above 4.0 for the creative work you are involved in. Your experience in designing customer-facing websites for retail clients will be valuable in this position. You will be in charge of ensuring that all creative deliverables are completed on time and iterated upon efficiently with clients. Familiarity with application development and UI/UX/CX concepts is essential, as you will need to have a strong, fact-based opinion on these matters. Wireframing, iterating based on client feedback, and translating wireframes into mockups will be part of your regular tasks. Experience in designing for mobile web and mobile apps is preferred, along with proficiency in Sketch. With at least 5 years of relevant design experience, you should possess a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in design principles and solutions. Extensive experience in visual design, UI design principles, layouts, graphics development, typography, color theory, and visual concepts is necessary. Knowledge of UX disciplines like architecture, research, usability, and content strategies is also crucial. Being able to work effectively with cross-functional teams, understanding digital design, web, and mobile development in an enterprise setting, and designing with mobile layouts in mind are key skills required for this role. You should be capable of assessing the technical feasibility of solutions and effectively communicating with developers to bring designs to fruition.,
