Job Description

Position: UX/UI Designer About the Role: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UX/UI Designer to craft seamless and intuitive digital experiences for our Fintech products. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to design user-centric interfaces that simplify complex financial processes, build trust, and drive engagement. Key Responsibilities: Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals for web and mobile fintech applications. Transform complex financial data and services into easy-to-use, visually appealing solutions. Conduct user research, gather feedback, and translate insights into actionable design improvements. Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure consistency across all products. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design feasibility and technical alignment. Advocate for the users needs while balancing business goals and technical constraints. Stay up-to-date With fintech trends, UI/UX best practices, and emerging technologies. Qualifications: Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer, preferably within the Fintech, Banking, or Financial Services sector. Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile design projects. Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD). Understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards. Familiarity with financial products, services, and customer behavior is a plus. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
