Position: UX Designer I Experience: 1- 3 year Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and creative UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 6 months to 1 year of experience in UX design, including internships, and demonstrate a strong desire to learn and grow while contributing to user-centered design solutions. Responsibilities: Collaborate with design team and cross-functional partners to create user-friendly digital products and services Support user research activities and assist in conducting usability testing sessions Create wireframes and low to medium-fidelity prototypes to communicate design concepts Participate in design reviews and incorporate feedback from senior designers and stakeholders Help maintain design systems by creating and documenting UI components Learn and apply current industry best practices and design patterns Actively participate in team discussions and design critiques Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment Requirements: 6 months to 1 year of experience in UX design (internships included) A portfolio demonstrating fundamental understanding of user-centered design process Proficiency in design tools such as Figma or similar Basic understanding of user research methods and design thinking principles Familiarity with accessibility standards and responsive design principles Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication skills and eagerness to learn from team members Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent practical experience) Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment Enthusiasm for creating great user experiences and solving design challenges
