UX Researcher

As a UX Researcher at 8848 Digital LLP, you will be a key player in understanding user needs, behaviors, and motivations to guide the creation of user-centric products. Your role will involve collaborating with designers, product managers, and developers to ensure that our solutions not only meet user expectations but also provide exceptional experiences. Your responsibilities will include planning, executing, and overseeing user research activities such as usability testing, user interviews, surveys, and heuristic evaluations. By utilizing a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods, you will gather valuable user insights and translate them into actionable reports and presentations. Your ability to create clear and compelling visualizations of data will be crucial in communicating research findings effectively. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will integrate research findings into product designs and strategies. Additionally, you will conduct user testing to assist UX designers in prototyping and identifying potential usability issues before product launch. Your advocacy for user-centric approaches will be instrumental in shaping our product development process. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelors or Masters degree in fields like Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, or related disciplines. With a minimum of 3 to 10 years of experience in UX research or a similar role, you should be well-versed in various research methodologies including usability testing, A/B testing, user interviews, and survey design. Familiarity with tools like User Testing, Optimal Workshop, Hotjar, or similar platforms is desired. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for this position. Your ability to quickly grasp new software and research features, coupled with organizational skills to manage multiple responsibilities, will be highly valued. A basic understanding of design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD will be beneficial.
