Qualifications: 6+ years of product design experience, including some in a digital agency or consultancy Strong foundation in UX/UI principles, best practices, and industry-standard design tools (especially Figma) Bonus points for interaction design expertise (After Effects, Principle, Framer, or Origami). A portfolio that demonstrates strength in both UX and visual design. A natural inclination for leadership, guiding teams toward thoughtful and impactful work. Ability to translate business goals, research, and user flows into intuitive UI solutions. Deep understanding of evolving trends in web, mobile, and iOS design. Excellent communication skills, capable of delivering persuasive design rationales in both client and internal settings. Comfortable navigating ambiguity and solving complex design challenges. To ensure youre set up for success, you will bring the following skillset & experience: 3+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer on B2B applications Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field. Strong portfolio showcasing design projects and proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar. Good understanding of design principles, including typography, color theory, and layout composition. Familiarity with user-centered design processes, user research techniques, and usability testing. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment & attention to detail for producing high-quality work. Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for creating intuitive and visually appealing user experiences.
