Job Description

Responsibilities

Conduct user research and usability testing to understand user needs and behaviors.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate design ideas.
Collaborate with product managers and developers to define user experience requirements and ensure designs are implemented accurately.
Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback and analytics data.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in UX design.

Skills and Qualifications

Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
Experience with user research methods (interviews, surveys, usability testing).
Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs.
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and front-end development processes is a plus.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
