UX Designer

We are seeking a skilled individual to join our team as a UX Designer. Qualifications & Skills Experience : Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in UX design, with a portfolio demonstrating expertise in user-centric design principles. React & Next.js : Must have 3+ years of experience in React.js and Figma, along with 2+ years in Next.js, Redux, and Tailwind CSS, to effectively translate design concepts into interactive UI components. Proficiency in Figma : Advanced expertise in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and design hand-offs. Tailwind CSS & Theme Systems : Strong knowledge of Tailwind CSS, including theme systems, reusable components, and scalable design systems. User Research Skills : Strong ability to perform user testing, interviews, and other UX research methods to gather actionable insights. Collaboration Skills : Proven track record of working in a collaborative environment with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders. Problem-Solving Abilities : Strong problem-solving mindset to address user pain points through creative and efficient designs. Product Mindset : Ability to take abstract ideas and bring them to life with minimal input. Adaptability : Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic part-time consultancy role. Experience with Visual Data Representation : Prior experience designing diagrams, graphs, or chatbots is a plus. Familiarity with Agile Methodologies : Experience working in Agile teams is a plus.
