Job Title: US Recruiter Company: Academian Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 3-5 Years Location: Pune (Must be available to work in IST and EST hours) Key Responsibilities: Source and recruit IT, Non-IT, and SME professionals for the US-based EdTech domain. Implement best practices to identify, screen, and engage top-tier talent. Work closely with US-based hiring managers and stakeholders to fulfill hiring requirements. Maintain a strong talent pipeline and ensure a seamless candidate experience. Requirements: Experience: 3-5 years of sourcing experience, ideally focused on US-based roles. Skills: Proficiency in using Naukri, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills with a "people person" attitude. Ability to manage recruitment data and reports with attention to detail. Willingness to work in both IST and EST time zones. Strong organizational skills to handle multiple requisitions and meet deadlines. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a fast-paced environment, preferably in the EdTech sector. Familiarity with ATS systems and recruitment tools. Understanding of US recruitment regulations and best practices.
