Job Description

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter who specializes in W2 hiring and has a proven record of accomplishment working with Implementation Partners/Direct clients. The ideal candidate must be proactive, result-driven, and committed to delivering quality candidates in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Source, screen, and submit qualified IT professionals for W2/C2C positions.

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes aligned with direct client expectations.

Work closely with Account Managers and Hiring Managers to understand job requirements.

Leverage various sourcing tools (Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.) for talent acquisition.

Negotiate salaries, rate terms, and ensure smooth onboarding.

Maintain candidate databases and ensure timely follow-ups.

Provide weekly reports and insights to leadership on hiring status.

Qualifications & Skills

Hands-on experience in US IT Recruitment.

Strong understanding of W2 hiring, US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099), and visa categories (USC, GC, H1B, OPT, EADs etc.).

Proven ability in sourcing and closing niche roles

Proven experience working with direct clients or Implementation Partners.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Must be available to work during US EST/CST hours.

Proficiency in using recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS).

Bachelors degree in B.Tech or related field.
