Coordinate with managers to understand the requirements of clients and provide them with qualified candidates. Manage multiple requirements simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Ensure timely communication with both manager and candidates throughout the recruitment process. Source candidates through various channels such as MONSTER, DICE, LINKEDIN , and other sources. Should have experience in working with DIRECT CLIENTS AND W2 .
