Apex Informatics is looking for a highly motivated and skilled US IT Recruiter & Business Developer to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about recruiting top IT talent and driving business growth. In this position, you will use your recruitment expertise to source, screen, and select qualified candidates. Additionally, you will engage with potential clients to promote our services. Building strong relationships with candidates and clients is crucial for achieving excellent results. Responsibilities: - Source, screen, and identify qualified IT candidates using various platforms such as job boards, social media, and professional networks. - Conduct comprehensive interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates" qualifications and fit for IT roles. - Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients to understand recruitment needs and business opportunities. - Develop and implement business development strategies to acquire new clients and expand existing relationships. - Engage in contract negotiations and discussions with potential clients to promote our recruitment services. - Collaborate with hiring managers to create detailed and accurate job descriptions and requirements. - Utilize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage candidate information and track recruitment progress. - Stay updated with industry trends and market conditions to refine recruitment and business strategies. - Participate in networking events, job fairs, and other recruitment initiatives to enhance brand awareness and attract top-tier talent. - Provide regular updates to management on recruitment progress, candidate pipelines, and new business opportunities. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. - 0-3 years of experience in IT recruitment and a strong understanding of business development. - Solid knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and industry dynamics. - Proven experience in sourcing candidates and developing client relationships. - Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to evaluate candidates" qualifications effectively. - Experience in developing and implementing business strategies. - Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools. - Strong organizational and time management abilities. - Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team. - Committed to delivering exceptional service to both candidates and clients.
