Role & responsibilities Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex web applications using the MERN stack. Architect scalable and maintainable backend systems, including server applications, APIs, and integrations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, timelines, and deliverables. Mentor junior and mid-level developers, providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth. Conduct code reviews, identify areas for improvement, and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. Drive technical discussions and decisions, leveraging industry best practices and emerging technologies. Implement automated testing and deployment processes to ensure product quality and reliability. Stay updated with the latest technologies, trends, and tools in full-stack development and financial services. Preferred candidate profile • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field. • Over 6 years of professional experience in full-stack development. • Expertise in Node.js, React JS, Express JS, and other web development technologies. • Proven experience in leading and delivering complex software projects from conception to deployment. • Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices. • Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies and cross-functional teams. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Outstanding communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive results. • Familiarity with version control systems such as Git and continuous integration/delivery pipelines.
