Urgent Opening of Shift Engineer - Thane

• Role & responsibilities:

• All Electro-Mechanical equipments, DG set, Transformer, HT/LT (33 KV/440 volt) panels, Power Distribution & metering, Energy saving management, lift, Plumbing system, STP, Firefighting protection system, HVAC, civil work,.
• Weekly/monthly/quarterly inspection and regularly maintenance to be carried out for Technical related equipments for hassle free operation.
• Maintained all documents like a logbooks, checklist and history card of all eqpts
• Making sure all PPM activities are carried out on time and Interaction with vendors and AMC team for follow up for any materials or Breakdown related fire safety and security , Adherence to Permit To Work procedure.
• Identification and reporting of Near miss, Unsafe act& Unsafe Condition timely and corrective action for same.
• PR preparation for building & MEP maintenance material required
• All engineering equipment upkeeping up to 98% or as per OEM recommendation for smooth operation

• `Weekly work done report to be submitted on Every Monday, Monthly PPM status to be submitted
• Reduction in complaints from clients, Supporting and Resolving any Client query on technical related issues, Supporting the clients during their breakdown activities, Making sure all attendance is reported properly for the payouts, Extra AC running records to be maintained , Conducting daily tool box talk to staff present in the shift , Energy improvement activities to be carried out, Special Training on COVID-19 being given and various other activities being carried out in the campus for the same like making sure social distancing, no group, temp monitoring, etcutline the day-to-day responsibilities for this role.
