Job Description - KYC Your role encompasses of - 1. Customer Identity Verication : Verify customer identities through meticulous examination of provided documents and information. 2. Due Diligence : Conduct thorough due diligence checks to assess the risk associated with each customer. 3. Regulatory Compliance : Ensure adherence to KYC regulations and company policies to maintain compliance. 4. Documentation Analysis : Analyze and interpret complex documentation to validate customer information. 5. Risk Assessment : Evaluate and assess the risk level associated with each customer to mitigate potential nancial crimes. 6. Suspicious Activity Reporting : Monitor and promptly report any suspicious activities or transactions in accordance with regulatory requirements. 7. Record Maintenance : Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer information and due diligence activities. 8. Collaboration : Collaborate with internal teams, such as legal and compliance, to ensure a cohesive approach to KYC processes. 9. Continuous Monitoring : Implement ongoing monitoring processes to stay alert to changes in customer proles and associated risks. 10. Training and Awareness : Stay informed about changes in KYC regulations and industry best practices, and provide training to relevant stakeholders as needed.
