Job Summary

To create and oversee the implementation of all copy initiatives within the agency.

Responsibilities

To develop go to market concepts and ideas of a consistently high standard.
Ability to challenge and push the envelope in order to raise the agency's creative standards
Be an active participant in preparations of client pitches across all agency teams- CS, Art, Designers, Digital etc
Motoring the juniors and making sure each of them works towards achieving agency's targets
