Job Description

Responsible for design the cable as per customer specification, available sample or with new design concept. Responsible to lead of cable design team 4 -5 team members. Responsible for establishment process control to manufacture the confirming cable. Responsible to meet cable design with quality/reliability parameters as ETL/UL/IEC/EN/IS/CPR or customer specifications. Responsible to develop the cable as available resources. Circulation of Daily/weekly/Monthly cable design MIS with management. Coordination with production/Quality/Marketing/purchase team for establishment the product. Responsible for costing of product with profitability. Continuous review for establish product for reduction of defects and more profitability. Lead for internal & external audits. Train the team to enhance competency to achieve product conformity and continual improvement. Skills Required: Sound knowledge of LAN, CCTV, LT Power cable, EV cable, E-beam, Instrumentation and control cable specification. Knowledge of Cable IEC/ETL/UL/CRP and ASTM/IS standards.
