Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the Bangalore branch of a leading experiential communication agency. The role involves full P&L responsibility, revenue growth, strategic business development, and client relationship management in the events and activation domain.

Key Responsibilities:

Take complete profit & loss responsibility for the Bangalore unit
Drive business development and revenue growth
Develop and implement business strategy to meet organizational goals
Identify and tap into new market segments for potential business
Oversee execution of events and activation projects across industries
Plan and manage costs within defined budgets
