Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Recruit, onboard, and build a high-performing team of
Life Insurance Advisors
Provide continuous
training, coaching, and mentoring
to advisors to enhance their productivity
Drive sales and achieve business targets through the advisor team under the
Tied-Agency Model
Conduct regular meetings with advisors to
review performance and strategize growth plans
Motivate and empower your team to ensure
high retention and performance
Monitor and manage the
daily activity, pipeline, and conversions
of each advisor

Preferred candidate profile

Education:
Graduate in any discipline (mandatory)
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of field sales experience (Insurance, BFSI, FMCG, Telecom, Pharma, or any industry)
Age Limit:
23 to 40 years (flexible for exceptional profiles)
Industry Preference:
Insurance, BFSI, Telecom, FMCG, Consumer Durables, Real Estate, or any direct sales background
Skills Required:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to motivate and manage a team
Leadership qualities and team management experience
Goal-oriented with a passion to earn and grow
Location Preference:
Local candidates with good network and area knowledge preferred
Work Style:
Willing to work in the field and handle recruitment & development of advisors
