Roles and Responsibilities

Handle international customer calls, emails, and chats to provide excellent customer service.
Resolve customer queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve process efficiency.
Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to handle complex issues effectively.

Desired Candidate Profile

0-4 years of experience in an International BPO environment or similar industry.

Strong verbal communication skills for clear articulation over phone/video calls.
