Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist and resolve customer queries.
  • Deliver accurate and complete information to customers.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional communication.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Education:

    Graduation is

    mandatory

  • Languages Required:

    • Must be fluent in

      English and Hindi

    • Kannada speaking is a plus.

    • Excellent verbal communication skills.

Salary Structure:

  • Freshers:

    15,000 (Fixed) + 4,000 (Performance-Based Variable)

  • Experienced:

    18,000 (Performance-Based Variable)
