Job Description

We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled professional with 1 to 22 years of experience to lead our Fraud Risk Management team as a Unit Head. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing assets, credit cards, and fraud risk management.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee the development and implementation of fraud risk management strategies.
Lead a team of professionals in identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential fraud risks.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Analyze data and trends to identify areas of improvement in fraud prevention and detection.
Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness in fraud management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align with business objectives.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of asset management, credit cards, and fraud risk management principles.
Proven experience in post-issuance processes and unit head roles.
Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and strategic thinking.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
