Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role for a USG Attendant at Life Care Diagnostics, located in Maligaon, Guwahati, Assam, India. The attendant will manage daily operations of the radiology department, ensure compliance with all regulations and guidelines, and oversee total care of the patients. Responsibilities include handling customer service, coordinating with other departments, maintaining equipment, and implementing new technologies. The Attendant will be responsible for patient satisfaction and should maintain proper decorum of the medical laboratory.

Essential Experience:

ANM with minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a reputed hospital or diagnostic laboratory.

Qualifications:

• Strong skills in Customer Service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as a team
• Relevant certification or licensure in radiologic technology is a plus
