Job Description

Job Title: Ultrasound Advanced Development

Experience: 8 to 13 years

Location: Bangalore / Pune

Notice Period: 30 days

Mandatory skill: Mechanical background, Electromechanical assembly NPD, experience in Sheetmetal and Plastic part design, Tol stack, GTOL, Design ideas, prototyping, manufacturing background.

JD :

Preferably worked in Medical, Automotive or Aerospace/Defense domain.
Hands-on experienced in R&D activities (conceptualizing, 3D CAD design, teardown, testing support, Prototyping and Integration). CAD knowledge SolidWorks
Capable to support on product design using experience in designing sheet metal and plastic part. Exposure in developing/working on Electromechanical systems
Mandatory to have hands-on experience of tear-down/system-use/testing. perform system integration in lab environment.
Proficient in system handling and documentation methods.
Good to have preliminary mechanical troubleshooting skills (problem solving).
Exposure to PDM tools (Windchill/EPM).
Experience working in a Safe (Scaled Agile Framework) organizational model is preferred.
Participate in Perform DFMEA/PFMEA as needed for the design.

Analytical, creative, and abstract thinker with ability to define and understand concepts/problems quickly, able to create and review technical documents and when needed applies hands on mentality, part of the project management activities
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
Interact with cross functional teams at site. Coordinate with suppliers on the development activities
Supplier interaction to develop prototypes and participate in technical discussions
