The ideal candidate will have a strong background in timekeeping, scheduling, and labor management systems, along with experience in client-facing roles. Configure modules such as Timekeeping, Accruals, Advanced Scheduling, and Leave Management. Develop and maintain interfaces, reports, and integrations with third-party systems. Conduct requirement gathering, gap analysis, and solution design workshops. Provide post-implementation support and training to end-users. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, Payroll, and IT. Required Qualifications 4+ years of hands-on experience with UKG Kronos (WFC, Dimensions, or Ready). Strong knowledge of time and attendance, scheduling, and labor compliance. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Preferred candidate profile
