### 💼 **What You’ll Be Doing:**
✨ Own the **end-to-end recruitment cycle** for UK/EU clients
✨ Use international job boards, ATS, LinkedIn & social sourcing like a pro
✨ Screen, engage, and build lasting candidate relationships
✨ Coordinate interviews, manage offers, and ensure timely closures
✨ Be the **bridge between top tech talent and global opportunities**
### 🔍 **What We’re Looking For:**
✔️ 0.6–2 years of IT recruitment experience (preferably UK/EU hiring)
✔️ Familiarity with **visa processes** & **international job portals**
✔️ Strong communication & coordination skills
✔️ Willing to work **onsite in Noida** (Mon–Fri)
✔️ Driven, energetic, and passionate about recruitment
