What this job involves

CRM Data Maintenance

• Maintain property-based information within CRM platforms, including understanding, extracting, and accurately entering data.
• Manage multiple CRM platforms and projects, while adhering to time constraints and expectations.
• Possess a good understanding of various sales cycles and stages.
• Analyze databases and large volumes of data, and be familiar with querying case management system records.

Reporting and Analysis

• Extract data and create comprehensive reports using

• Ensure all stakeholders are informed about task progress and communicate timelines clearly.
• Adopt a problem-solving attitude towards requests and strive for automated solutions.
