User Experience Research: Conduct user research and usability testing to understand user needs and behaviors and use insights to inform design decisions.Wireframing and Prototyping: Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools likeFigma to effectively communicate design ideas.Collaboration: Work closely with the designers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure designs are feasible and align with business goals.Development Handoff: Prepare all design works for proper development handoff and collaboration.Work closely with developers to make sure designs requirements are clearly executed.Design Systems: Create, maintain and evolve the company's design system to ensure consistency across all web applications.Feedback Implementation: Gather feedback from users and team members to iterate on designs for continuous improvement.Accessibility: Ensure all designs comply with web accessibility standards to provide an inclusive experience for all users
