Key Responsibilities:
User Research: Conduct user research and usability testing specific toaccounting tasks to gather insights and identify user needs.Analyze data to inform design decisions and improve user experience.Wireframing and Prototyping: Create wireframes, prototypes, andinteractive mock-ups for both desktop and mobile applications to visualizedesign concepts and user flows.Visual Design: Develop visually appealing designs that are intuitive and alignwith our brand identity, ensuring a consistent look and feel across allplatforms.Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, includingproduct management, development, and marketing, to ensure successfulimplementation of designs in both desktop and mobile apps.Design Systems: Contribute to the development and maintenance of designsystems and style guides to enhance design consistency and usability.Iterative Design: Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholdersand user testing, ensuring continuous improvement of user experience.HTML/CSS Knowledge: Utilize strong HTML/CSS skills to create functionalprototypes and assist development teams in implementing designs effectively.Stay Updated: Keep up to date with industry trends, tools, and best practicesin UI/UX design, particularly in the context of accounting softwareQualifications:Bachelors degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.5-6 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, preferably in softwareapplications.Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD or similar.Strong portfolio showcasing design projects, user flows, and case studies,particularly for desktop and mobile applications.Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies,especially in the context of financial applications.Expertise in HTML/CSS, with the ability to translate designs into responsivelayouts for both desktop and mobile.Familiarity
