UI/UX Designer

At Onbyz, we’re looking for a UI/UX Designer who goes beyond visuals — someone who can think strategically, act independently, and deliver designs that are not just beautiful but purposeful. You’ll be working on a wide range of client projects, including websites, web applications, and mobile apps, and your work will play a critical role in shaping user experiences across industries.

Responsibilities:

• • Conduct deep user research, competitor analysis, and gather insights to guide design strategy
  • Understand client requirements thoroughly, ask the right questions, and suggest effective solutions
  • Design clean, functional, and aesthetically pleasing UI/UX for websites, web apps, and mobile apps
  • Create engaging motion graphics and micro-interactions using tools like Jitter, Adobe After Effects, Lottie, etc.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and developers to ensure accurate and consistent implementation
  • Handle multiple projects simultaneously with strong time management and delivery discipline
  • Make informed decisions independently, solve problems proactively, and own your design process end-to-end
  • Deliver exceptional results that meet both client expectations and internal standards — always within the timeline

Skills & Requirements:

• • 2–4 years of proven experience in UI/UX design, preferably with client-facing or agency experience
  • Strong skills in Figma designing & prototyping
  • Proficiency in motion design tools (Jitter, After Effects, Lottie) is a must
  • Deep understanding of design systems, typography, color theory, accessibility, and responsive design
  • Strong communication skills to guide clients and justify design decisions clearly and confidently
  • Self-driven mindset with excellent decision-making, research, and project ownership capabilities
  • Ability to manage priorities and deliver high-quality work under tight timelines

Preferred Skills:

• • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS
  • Familiarity with Agile workflows and task management tools
  • Experience working with web & mobile developers to bridge the design-development handoff
