Join Our Team as a UI/UX Designer at Holistic Learning! Location: Bangalore | Modes: Full-Time or Paid Internship About Us: At Holistic Learning , we're shaping the future of digital education. Based in Bangalore since 2013, we specialize in academic content development for clients across the U.S., U.K., Australia/New Zealand, and the Middle East. We're expandingand were looking for a creative and driven UI/UX Designer to bring fresh ideas to life. Your Role: As a UI/UX Designer, youll design intuitive, engaging, and user-centric interfaces that enhance user experiences and meet client needs. Youll collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn ideas into beautiful, functional products. What You’ll Do: Collaborate with product managers and developers to gather and refine user requirements Translate ideas into sitemaps, storyboards, wireframes, and prototypes Design and develop UI mockups that illustrate functionality and aesthetics Create user-friendly navigation and interface elements (menus, tabs, widgets, etc.) Conduct usability testing and troubleshoot UX challenges Revise designs based on feedback and usability metrics Ensure consistency with branding and visual standards Present drafts and updates to internal stakeholders Must-Have Skills: Experience with wireframing tools (e.g., Wireframe.cc, InVision, Figma) Proficiency in design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop Strong communication and teamwork skills Time management and ability to meet deadlines A portfolio showcasing your design projects Awareness of current UI/UX trends and technologies Perks & Benefits: Monday to Friday schedule (and alternate Saturdays) Flexible shift timings Two paid leaves per month One remote workday per week (Tue–Thu, with prior notice) Opportunities Available: Full-Time At Holistic Learning, we believe in creativity, flexibility, and making a real impact.
