The ideal candidate should possess superior UI/UX skills and be able to translate high-level requirements into beautiful, intuitive, and functional user interfaces. Experience in designing print media and digital media graphics is also required. Job Location : Pune Role & responsibilities Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to communicate interaction and design ideas Develop UI mock-ups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand and incorporate business requirements into design Conduct user testing and incorporate feedback to improve user experience Ensure that the final design is consistent with the brand guidelines Create original graphic designs and present and defend designs and key deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders Must Have Skills: UI/UX design (wireframing, prototyping, user flows) Design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Adobe XD, Premier Pro) Print and digital media graphics design User research and testing methodologies Wireframing tools
