Role & responsibilities Developing comprehensive digital strategies aligned with business objectives and industry trends A highly focused individual with a self-driven attitude Ability to work in cross-functional teams demonstrating a high level of commitment and coordination Attention to details and commitment to accuracy for the desired deliverable Should demonstrate and develop a sense of ownership towards the assigned task Implementation of UI/UX best practices and principles across all our digital platforms Ensuring that all elements of the online user experience are optimized for improved usability, usefulness, and exceptional visual design Ensuring step-by-step deliverables are met as part of product development Passion for delivering adaptive and creative solutions to UI/UX design problems Producing high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes Ability to take up quick objectives and execute within a short period of time Ability to keep sensitive business information confidential Contribute, positively and extensively towards building the organizational reputation, brand and operational excellence Preferred candidate profile 2-4 years UI/UX design experience for digital products or services A portfolio of professional UI/UX design work for both web and mobile platforms Gathering and evaluating user requirements, in collaboration with product managers and engineers Producing high-quality UX design solutions through visual designs, and prototypes Illustrating design ideas using storyboards, wireframes, process flows and sitemaps Designing graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets Working knowledge of various technologies and software such as Sketch, InVision, Visio, HTML/HTML5/CSS3 (SCSS), Design Systems, and Adobe Creative Suite/Figma Good understanding of SEO principles and ensuring that the application will adhere to them Experience working in an agile development environment with a strong focus on rapid iterative software development Excellent troubleshooting skills Strong communication skills to collaborate with Product managers, and other relevant staff members or clients Proven ability to complete assigned task according to the outlined scope and timeline Graduate or Post-graduate from a reputed college or university
