Location - Hyderabad Skills Required - Proven experience as a UI Architect, Ui Designing, React Architect Front end development (CSS, HTML, JAVASCRIPT, ANGULAR, REACT)

Roles and Responsibilities: Need to have 10+ years of experience. Hands-on experience in building Angular and UI web applications. Experience in design and implementation of microservices Using identity providers and OAUTH, SAML and other protocols as the security standard for implementing web application and microservices. Understanding of backend architecture, service interfaces, REST, database systems and integration with the web applications. Hands-on experience in writing SQL and PL/SQL queries Experience in knowing and querying NOSQL Databases, preferably Mongo DB. Utilizing and applying robust analytic thinking with the ability to identify, debug, and resolve technical issues. Clear understanding of software design patterns and principles. Researching and evaluating emerging technologies and approaches to make recommendations to enhance processes and/or create competitive advantage Strong sense of ownership. Take responsibility for the success of the engineering teams. Conduct team code reviews. Providing coaching and technical mentoring to junior developers. Achieving significant contributions within a small team of developers to lead teams and deliver solutions within an Agile methodology, whilst ensuring quality, timeliness and team-wide adherence to good architectural practice and guidelines. Exceptional communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills. Screening Question: This position primarily involves working with Angular web applications, UI development and integrating the UI with backend services. The focus is mainly on enhancing the UI experience and architecting the UI.

Develop and maintain user interface components using React JS Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test and deploy user interfaces. Develop reusable UI components. Implement automated testing and ensure high-quality code is delivered. Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability. Participate in design and code reviews. Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency. Proven work experience as a React JS Developer. In-depth knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Knowledge of software design patterns. Good communication skills. Skills Must have Minimum of 4-5 years of experience with great hands on experience on React.js and its core principles. Extensive experience working on UI JavaScript frameworks. Very good experience in Developing applications using React / Angular / Vue. Should have strong knowledge of React / Angular / Vue Framework Component Lifecycle and Redux. Good written and verbal communication skills. Should have good Javascripting skills and know ECMA6 standards. Should have strong knowledge of working with npm , webpack . Should have basic understanding of Java , Restful APIs , so as to be able to comprehend and develop UI Components accordingly. Should be able to develop UI Framework components from the inputs given by UX Designer. Should have experience in using third party libraries like Material UI / Paper UI. Should have sound knowledge in HTML5 , CSS , SCSS and should be able to develop Portable applications. Should be able to debug performance issues in UI Application. Experience in use of source code management system like SVN or GIT. Strong Critical thinkers/ work independent. Should have worked in Agile environment and should have expertise in Agile. Should have good knowledge of Jenkins Scripts , Continuous integration and Continuous Deployment. Nice to have Insurance industry experience. Next JS and Node JS hands on exp.
