The role involves 3D modeling, mold design, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to develop high-quality products while adhering to industry standards. Position Summary: Design and develop plastic houseware products from concept to production. Ensure compliance with Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA) principles. Collaborate with marketing, production, and engineering teams for seamless product development. Lead design improvements based on market feedback and technological advancements.
