Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Transport Associate to manage employee transportation and airport transfers efficiently. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in transport operations, excellent vendor management skills, and hands-on experience with Route Matic (RM & moveinsync ) applications. This role demands strong coordination capabilities, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end employee transport operations, including daily routing, scheduling, and shift alignment.
• Coordinate and handle airport transfers for employees and visitors as per travel schedules.
• Act as a single point of contact (POC) for all transport-related queries and escalations.
• Work closely with local vendors to ensure timely availability of vehicles and adherence to service-level agreements (SLAs).
• Utilize the RM application for route planning, trip monitoring, and real-time updates.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols, compliance, and cost-effective transport operations.
• Handle transport-related documentation, MIS reports, and billing validations.
• Provide on-ground support at the site, especially during peak hours and shift transitions.
• Liaise with the admin and facility teams for continuous process improvements.
• Compliance Management.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate or Diploma holder in any discipline.
• 3-4 years of experience in employee transport operations and airport transfer coordination.
• Proficient in using RM (Route Matic or Moveinsync) applications or similar transport management software.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and vendor coordination skills.
• Good knowledge of local routes, traffic patterns, and compliance norms.
• Flexible to work in rotational shifts, including early morning or late night.
