In the role of a Founding Partner, you will be responsible for strategic leadership, methodology curation, client leadership, practice development, and community enablement. You will define the transformation blueprint for your sector, configure best-practice transformation methods, drive advisory engagements, build and scale your business unit, mentor talent, and represent your vertical in Modus governance. To be an ideal Founding Partner, you should have CEO, Founder, Board Member, or C-level/executive leadership experience in industry or consulting. A minimum of 15-20 years of leadership experience with a focus on operational and transformation responsibilities is preferred. Deep domain expertise in industries such as Retail, Manufacturing, Energy, Healthcare, ESG, and Cybersecurity is essential, along with a proven track record in transformation, business building, or strategy execution at scale. You should possess an entrepreneurial mindset, the ability to work across diverse global environments, lead senior client conversations, and contribute to enterprise value creation.
