Job Description

The Call Center Representative position at Digital Risks involves assisting applicants with various stages of the loan application process, particularly focusing on customer change in circumstances like rate or product changes. You will be responsible for delivering top-quality customer experiences and engaging with Home Equity customers in a positive manner. It is essential for the employee to become licensed as a mortgage loan originator, maintain the license annually, and update licensing information with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry in compliance with applicable regulations. Your main responsibilities will include conducting outbound and inbound mortgage customer service calls from a call center environment, processing residential loan applications accurately, and ensuring compliance with company and regulatory guidelines. You will also be required to review application and disclosure packages from borrowers, register high-quality loans using designated systems, and collaborate with operations teams for seamless transfers. To excel in this role, you must be self-motivated, possess high energy, and maintain a positive attitude. Excellent phone etiquette and proficiency in the English language are crucial, while being bilingual or multi-lingual is considered a plus. Detail-oriented, results-driven, and customer-focused individuals with strong interpersonal, follow-up, and relationship-building skills are preferred. Additionally, effective written and verbal communication skills and proficiency in various computer software programs related to loan origination and customer relationship management are necessary. Candidates with call center or telemarketing experience are preferred, and new hires must successfully apply for and pass the national and state mortgage licensing exams within the initial probationary period, if not already licensed. Continuous pre-licensing and education requirements will need to be fulfilled as per federal and state loan origination regulations.
