Trained SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding Consultant

You will be joining Seppin Labs as a Trained SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding Consultant in Bengaluru. Your primary responsibility will be to facilitate onboarding processes through SAP SuccessFactors, offering consulting services to enhance business processes, managing master data, and ensuring smooth integration with other systems. Your daily tasks will involve analyzing client requirements, configuring the onboarding platform, collaborating with stakeholders, and providing training and support to ensure successful implementation. To excel in this role, you should have strong analytical skills for business process optimization, prior consulting experience in SAP SuccessFactors and related technologies, proficiency in master data management and data accuracy, expertise in system integration (particularly with cloud and on-premise solutions), excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team. Previous experience with SAP HCM and SuccessFactors modules would be advantageous. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required for this position.,
