Job Description

Position Title:

Key Responsibilities:

Teach
English Language and Literature
to
Classes 6 to 10
as per the
CBSE curriculum
.
Prepare and deliver engaging lesson plans using
NCERT textbooks
and
interactive methods
.
Develop and assess learning objectives through
classwork, homework, tests
, and
projects
.
Promote correct usage of grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and writing skills.
Organize
language development activities
such as debates, elocutions, reading clubs, and creative writing.
Prepare students for
internal assessments
and support them in
board exam preparation
.
Maintain detailed student performance records and provide regular feedback.
Participate in
school events, PTMs, training sessions
, and
collaborative planning
with peers.
Use
technology tools
such as Smart Boards and online learning platforms to enhance instruction.
Identify and support
slow learners
through additional remedial sessions.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree (B.A.) with
English as a major subject
.
B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education)
from a recognized institution.
CTET Paper II
qualified (preferred or as per CBSE norms).
Minimum
23 years of teaching experience
in a CBSE-affiliated school (preferred).
