Tour and Travel Consultant

PURPOSE OF POSITION Candidates will be responsible to handle the queries and requests from the customer and help them with the flight and car rental bookings & PNR Updating. PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES ● Handle inbound and outbound travel queries related to flight and car rentals. ● Utilize Amadeus GDS for booking, re-issuance, and cancellations. ● Provide end-to-end travel assistance with a focus on customer satisfaction. ● Ensure accuracy in bookings and adhere to process and compliance standards. ● Maintain service levels in a rotational shift setup. ELIGIBILITY- ● Minimum 2 years of experience using Amadeus GDS (certificate not mandatory). ● Strong communication skills with C1 or B2 level English proficiency. ● Prior experience handling flight and car rental reservations. ● Willingness to work rotational shifts and 5.5 days a week.
