Tools, Jigs & Fixture Validation (As per plan).Ø Maintenance the Tool as per the Preventive Maintenance PlanØ Maintenance the Welding Fixture as per the Preventive Maintenance Plan.Ø Carrying maintenance work on ToolsØ Maintaining critical spares in stockØ Maintaining the Tool History cardØ Responsible for production tooling servicesØ Responsible for production welding Jig & fixtures servicesØ Assembly work for the New toolsØ Maintaining the records as per the quality management systemØ Development of Internal Drawings.Ø Distribution Control of Customer Drawings.Ø Maintain Press Tools, Jigs & Fixture Validation Status (Display).Ø Update Master List & Drawings of Wear our Parts.Ø Maintained the monthly tool expensiveØ Maintained the tool room Monthly reportØ Maintained the tool breakdown list with analysis and action reports.Ø Maintained the monthly tool expensiveØ Maintained the monthly tool expensiveØ Maintained and co-ordinate with tooling sub supplier.Ø Identification of Press tool , Jigs & Fixture with Color Code.Ø Responsible for 5S activity’s of the department
