Tool Design Engineer

• 3D & 2D Quality check, Quality Lead
• A result-oriented professional with 10 years of experience in Aerospace,
• Adequate Experience on tool materials, standard parts & equipment's.
• Knowledge on tool design philosophies. Application of GD&T on Tool and preparing layout.
• Experience on UGNX modelling work benches (Part design, GST, Assembly design etc.) Basic knowledge of Tool's fit, form and function criteria are met.
• Ability to drive Tool Change with Notification Experience on the hand calculations. 8-10yrs experience in the tool design domain.
• Specially on Jigs and fixtures of Aero space engine
• Tool design and manufacturing of jigs fixtures
• Hands on experience of various types of turning fixtures, Milling Fixtures
• lifting tools, transport stands, pushers,
• Balancing tools, pressure test fixtures
• Very good experience in GD & T application
• Selection of standard parts according to applications
• Senior Lead engineer, Tooling specialist having experience to lead design & development Jigs and Fixture
