As a Technical Support Engineer II, you will work closely with our customer base and sales department to handle day-to-day customer issues, troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems, and contribute to the development of support processes and documentation. This full-time position is based in our Chennai office at DLF IT Park, Manapakkam, and requires working 5 days a week. Your responsibilities will include handling customer issues, researching and diagnosing technical problems, providing high-quality support via phone, email, or chat, escalating unresolved issues to higher-level teams, and effectively communicating with end users, colleagues, and management to ensure quick issue resolution.
