Title Plant Manager

As an integral member of the team, you will be responsible for supporting the overall operation of the plant and machinery, providing advanced technical assistance. Your role will involve overseeing the supervision of plant activities, machinery operations, maintenance tasks, vehicle routing, and quality control measures. Additionally, you will manage the performance and scheduling of production maintenance activities, while also supervising hourly personnel and drivers. In this position, you will be required to follow a specific recipe for producing concrete, ensuring precise quantities of each ingredient are mixed to meet the company's and customer's specifications. It is essential to maintain the plant in optimal condition and ensure that all equipment is properly maintained. Furthermore, you will be tasked with managing stock levels of raw materials, machinery, and parts to support efficient plant operations.
