Title French Native Language Pedagogist

As a Language Pedagogist for a new, cutting-edge Language Learning Product, you will collaborate with various teams such as Engineering, Product Management, and UX Design to craft, implement, and assess language learning experiences and metrics. Your expertise in language education, particularly as a native French speaker with teaching credentials and fluency in Spanish, Italian, or Portuguese, will be invaluable in shaping the pedagogical strategies and content design of the product. Your responsibilities will include working closely with product and UX teams to establish pedagogical methodologies and educational objectives, creating and assessing language learning metrics to enhance product features, offering pedagogical insights for content and feature development, continuously optimizing the learning experience, and contributing to language content creation for multiple languages, with a primary focus on French and Spanish. To excel in this role, you should possess a deep understanding of language education, hold a degree in Language Education, Applied Linguistics, or a related field, showcase proven experience in teaching or designing curricula for adult learners or digital language platforms, demonstrate strong collaboration and communication skills, have the ability to work autonomously in a dynamic environment, and be comfortable operating within the PST Timezone. While being US-based is preferred, international candidates who can align with the specified time zone are also welcome. You will have the flexibility to commence work promptly using your personal laptop and vendor email account, with partner account setup occurring concurrently. Remote work arrangements are fully supported, and candidates with expertise in digital language learning products or EdTech, proficiency in multiple languages (especially French and Spanish), and a solid grasp of language proficiency frameworks like CEFR are highly desirable.,
