Title Executive Sales

As a Sales Manager, your primary responsibility will be to design and implement effective sales strategies to consistently meet or surpass assigned targets and objectives. You will lead and guide a team of sales representatives to achieve peak performance and productivity by organizing regular training sessions to sharpen product knowledge and selling techniques. Identifying lucrative new markets and opportunities for business expansion will be crucial in your role. Developing strategic plans to penetrate and thrive in untapped areas within the assigned territory will also be a key focus area. Building lasting relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners to ensure strong brand loyalty and sustained growth will be essential. You will conduct routine analysis of industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences to adapt sales approaches in alignment with dynamic market conditions. Working closely with marketing teams to craft compelling promotional campaigns, pricing tactics, and product positioning strategies will enhance market penetration. Tracking sales data meticulously and preparing detailed forecasts and reports on performance, market trends, and competitor analysis will be part of your responsibilities. Ensuring timely, actionable insights are shared for continuous improvement is also imperative. Representing the company at sales meetings, trade shows, and industry events to showcase products/services and secure new leads will be essential for generating business opportunities. Upholding company policies, procedures, and ethical standards to ensure professional conduct at all times is a non-negotiable aspect of your role.
