Amra Circle is an early learning space dedicated to nurturing children and families from birth through age 6. Our focus is on providing infants and toddlers with personalized and engaging play opportunities, while offering parents access to a wide range of expert resources. Our carefully designed program and purpose-built facilities cater to the unique needs of individual children and families. The founding team comprises seasoned professionals with a rich background in managing a network of over 120 schools and serving 35,000 students. We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team and play a crucial role in ensuring that children receive the best start in life through the provision of an environment and experiences that are essential during the early years. As an Educator at Amra Circle, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: - Interpreting and implementing Amra's academic and play program - Observing and monitoring a child's growth and development - Engaging with parents and providing them with appropriate tools and resources - Creating and maintaining a safe and nurturing space for children and families The ideal candidate will possess: - A Bachelor's or Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) or Psychology. Montessori Training would be advantageous - Strong analytical skills to utilize Amra's proprietary software for data analysis and report generation - Experience in working with groups of toddlers or parents - Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to demonstrate tact, diplomacy, and sound judgment At Amra, we believe in fostering an environment where our team can thrive.
