As a Caller at ParkSpace Solutions, you will be assuming a full-time on-site position. Your primary responsibility will revolve around engaging in phone conversations with potential clients to delve into their parking requirements. This role necessitates not only providing comprehensive details about our services but also involves scheduling appointments and nurturing customer connections in the Ahmedabad region. To excel in this role, you should possess exceptional communication and interpersonal capabilities. Your ability to effectively interact with customers over the phone will be crucial. Additionally, a keen eye for detail and strong organizational skills are valued traits. Prior experience in customer service or sales roles will be advantageous, and familiarity with the parking management or relevant industry will be a definite plus.
